Pavilions Phuket hires GM

-

SINGAPORE, 1 November 2018: Pavilions Hotels & Resorts has strengthened its management team at Pavilions Phuket, located close to the island’s popular Ban Tao beach.

It has named Irish national Conor O’Leary, formerly manager of Keemala, as its general manager, joining Rey Ardonia, culinary director and Tim Sargeant, director of marketing.

The property has 18 one-bedroom spa and pool suites identified as “pavilions” and an additional two-bedroom suite under construction.

The 18 existing one-bed spa and pool pavilions are also undergoing refurbishment and due to be completed by April 2019.

In the meantime, the property is promoting a three-day Christmas package in the Singapore market starting at SGD315 (USD230) per night for two people in a one-bedroom suite, including daily breakfast, taxes and service charges.

The room with breakfasts is on offer over the Christmas period on Agoda, but when taxes are added the cost is USD392. In this instance the resort’s direct rate beats Agoda’s best offer over the three nights 24 to 27 December.

Pavilions Hotels and Resorts has a portfolio of four hotels in Asia and three in Europe.
