BANGKOK, 6 November 2018: Thai Airways International has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Black Tie Service Company Limited to provide an airport limousine service as well as a meet-and-assist service.
Established in 2017, Black Tie Service provides airport limousine services to and from Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi Airport.
The service for THAI passengers offers an airport transfer at THB888 for a Toyota Camry and THB1,999 for a Toyota Alphard.
It gains a mention on TripAdvisor, but there were no reviews posted from users of Black Tie’s airport transfers to indicate customer response. There were illustrations of a fleet of BMWs on the review site’s page, a car category omitted from the price options posted on the home page of the THAI Black Tie service.
The service claims to cater for business and first class passengers who require an exclusive limo transfer or as the airline’s statement explains “ luxury class customers who are THAI corporate clients.”
In recent press statements the company said it would expand to Singapore, Hong Kong and mainland China in 2019.
THAI Vice President, e-commerce and ancillary marketing, Pariya Chulkaratana said: “THAI as the national carrier of Thailand is focused on continually improving and developing various services to make travel more convenient.”
Black Tie Service Company Limited founder and CEO Kanokporn Na Ranong said Black Tie Service serves premium customers in Thailand and offers “lifestyle” concierge services to luxury corporate customers in Thailand and overseas, especially those in private banking, luxury car, insurance, investment banking, department stores, real estate and airlines.
Customers who choose to use the limousine service from their home to Suvarnabhumi Airport, or vice versa, will receive fast track check-in service for flight departures and arrivals.
Reservations should be made at least 72 hours in advance on the website thaiairways.blacktie-limousine.com. For more information, call Tel. 0-2239-8800 every day from 0900-2100.
