BANGKOK, 19 October 2018: Thai Airways International organised a Six Senses installation art exhibition and discussion at the Bangkok Art Biennale 2018-BAB at Helix Garden, in Bangkok’s premier shopping mall, the Emquartier.

THAI director brand and advertising, Kittiphong Sansomboon, said THAI was pleased to participate in the Bangkok Art Biennale 2018-BAB and showcase its Six Senses installation art exhibition based on the theme “Beyond Bliss: a Journey through Ayatana.”

It featured the works of Acharn Panya Vijinthasarn, National Artist 2014 in Visual Arts (Murals). He drew the Six Senses pictures for THAI and participated in a talk about the art work with Kittiphong.

The art work is on display at the Bangkok Art Biennale 2018-BAB, at Helix Garden, on the 5th Floor of Emquartier, until 23 October 2018.

The Bangkok Art Biennale 2018-BAB, organised worldwide every two years, was first initiated in 1895 and has always been of great interest to art lovers worldwide.

King Chulalongkorn (Rama 5) viewed the art exhibition at Venice Biennale in 1897 and 1907 during his royal trips to Europe.

The Bangkok Art Biennale 2018-BAB is sponsored by the government and leading companies in Thailand.

This year, THAI showcased the Six Senses pictures as installation art titled “Beyond Bliss: a Journey through Ayatana” that covers the senses of sight, taste, smell, touch, and heartfelt feelings, which was created by Acharn Panya.  These six senses are at the heart of THAI’s services and part of the company’s branding under the slogan “Smooth as Silk” as well as the corporate vision to provide services with touches of Thai.

Customers or the general public who visit and take photos at the art exhibition, then share on social media platform, have the chance to win movie tickets that are valid at all Major Cineplex movie theatres.

Scan the QR Code and show the image to receive a mobile wallpaper and other souvenirs when purchasing airline tickets at the “Visit Japan F.I.T. Travel Fair 2018” that will be held at Paragon Hall, on the 5th floor of Siam Paragon 2 to 4 November.
