Scott Dunn’s honeymoon ideas

-

SINGAPORE, 6 September 2018: Global travel specialists at Scott Dunn have compiled a collection of honeymoon itineraries presented in a new, heart-embossed pink brochure.

Targeting couples, who are looking for an unforgettable way to start the rest of their lives together the collection covers 40 trips worldwide.

Scott Dunn is an award-winning travel operator that has been crafting private journeys to destinations around the world for over 30 years.

We spotted three journeys that jumped out of the brochure pages; a honeymoon in the Arctic, a relaxing Grecian getaway and the unusual combination of Bhutan’s mountain scenery and the beaches of Andaman islands.

An Artic Honeymoon: Stockholm and Swedish Lapland will appeal to couples looking to venture off the beaten track near the Arctic Circle before ending with a culture fix in the cobbled-streets of Stockholm. It highlights a nighttime snowmobiling excursion to track down the elusive Northern Lights, before retreating to the privacy of Loggers Lodge, a snug timber cabin complete with a sauna and outdoor Jacuzzi.

The six-night Arctic honeymoon costs from SGD5,800 per person based on B&B and includes a range of activities and private return transfers.

A Grecian Getaway: Honeymoon in the Peloponnese, a region known for its dramatic, unspoilt landscapes, ancient architecture and breathtaking views.

This itinerary combines the intimacy of a 19th century boutique hotel, Tainaron Blue, with the pampering of hilltop hideaway Kinsterna Hotel & Spa and the luxurious Amanzoe haven, known for its spa and sunrise yoga classes.

A nine-night Grecian Getaway honeymoon costs SGD6,000 per person, based on B&B and including car hire.

Bhutan and Andaman Islands offer honeymoon couples an opportunity to unwind first in the Kingdom of Bhutan, which is rated as the Happiest Country on Earth. Bhutan offers endless options for exploring, with spectacular monasteries and iconic landmarks such as the Punakha Dzong and Taktsang Goemba. Then on to the beaches of the Andaman Islands for the last leg of the trip.

This 14-night honeymoon trip costs from SGD9,400 per person based on B&B, including domestic flights, private transfers and a range of experiences.

These are the teasers in an extensive selection of more than 40 itineraries that are featured in Scott Dunn’s latest honeymoon brochure.
