BANGKOK, 17 July 2018: Cathay Pacific flew its brand new Airbus A350-1000 aircraft to Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi Airport, the first of its version to visit Bangkok.
Cathay Pacific led by Kendrick Ko, country manager, Thailand and Myanmar and Yongyut Lujintanon, sales and marketing manager, Thailand, welcomed the flight along with executives of the Airports of Thailand.
Cathay Pacific’s A350-1000s, the largest variant in the A350 family, carries 334 passengers across its business, premium economy and economy class cabins.
The airline will start its new service to Washington DC with the A350-1000, 15 September. It will also serve Madrid, Tel Aviv, Amsterdam, Manchester and Zurich during the coming winter timetable.
