BANGKOK, 20 June 2018: Thai Airways International presented a ticket to the lucky winner selected from those who responded to the airline’s Customer Satisfaction Survey.
The lucky winner was Ken Baba, who received the prize from THAI’s general manager, South Japan, Swasdiart Panikabutr (left).
The lucky winner received two roundtrip economy class tickets on the route Fukuoka-Bangkok.
All of the survey participants were eligible for the lucky draw.
THAI has conducted the customer satisfaction survey on a continual basis since 1997.
Passengers can ask to complete the survey, which is held just once a year to assist product and service development.
