BANGKOK, 17 April 2018: The Waldorf Astoria is accepting bookings from 1 July for the deluxe brand’s property in Bangkok, located close to the Hyatt Erawan. on Ratchadamri road.
Opening rates start at THB 9,500 before service and tax charges. The lowest offer, called a flexible rate, can be cancelled up to one day ahead of check-in and guests pay when they stay.
The Hilton-owned brand will compete head-on with two other deluxe international brands; St Regis also on Ratchadamri Road and Ritz Carlton in Silom district.
Waldorf Astoria is part of a mix-use development with 316 units owned by Magnolia Quality Development.
The hotel has 171 rooms, three restaurants, three bars and 13 meeting halls.
Around 80% of the 145 residential units, managed under the banner of Magnolias Ratchadamri Boulevard, have already been sold according to the MRB management.
Waldorf Astoria Bangkok has appointed Glowdown Nead Communications as the public relations company.
