BANGKOK, 30 March 2018: Shama Lakeview Asoke Bangkok, the latest addition to properties managed by ONYX Hospitality Group, opens its doors 1 April.
Formerly known as Somerset Lake Point Bangkok operated by Ascott, the property is right in the heart of the golden mile tourist district of Sukhumvit and Asoke.
Although located in a quiet lane, it is close to shopping malls, the Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre, the Asoke BTS and Sukhumvit MRT stations.
Shama Lakeview Asoke Bangkok will offer a mix of single to three-bedroom in a block of 429 apartment units.
Shama Lakeview Asoke Bangkok’s special opening offers start from THB 56,000 net per month for long-term leases and from THB 2,600 net per night for short-stay guests in a studio superior room.
Rules for stays in apartments can vary from those governing hotels, but in Shama’s case visitors can buy a single night stay.
Shama has 20 serviced apartment properties across Asia-Pacific, including 12 in the development pipeline in Australia, China and Malaysia.
