Turkish flies six a week to Phuket

-

BANGKOK, 28 February 2018: Turkish Airlines plans to increase its nonstop flights from Istanbul to Phuket from four to six weekly.

The additional two services will be added to its schedule 19 September through to the close of the summer timetable 28 October, this year.

All the flights will use an A330-300 aircraft.

The airline has not yet announced details of its winter timetable effective this November through to March 31 2019 for flights to Asia, but it is highly likely it will maintain the six flights weekly, or possibly increase to daily services for the peak season months.

Based on Airlineroute timetable information the airline’s Phuket bound flights depart Istanbul Ataturk at 1425 and arrive in Phuket at 0420 the following morning

Turkish Airlines operates a double daily service to Bangkok from Istanbul and has a codeshare agreement with Bangkok Airways that connects its passengers to flights across Thailand and to neighbouring countries.

Late last year, TAT signed an MOU with Turkish Airlines that provided budget support for joint promotions and travel agency, or media familiarisation trips from key  European markets.
