BHMA revenue climbs 2017

BANGKOK, 19 February 2018: BHMA, a hotel management company in Asia, will open three new hotels in Vietnam and Thailand this year.

The company reported its 2017 performance highlights, last week, saying it has consolidated current growth with further portfolio additions that will come online in the third quarter of 2018.

They are X2 Vibe Hoi An Residence and the X2 Vibe Viet Tri Hotel in Vietnam, and the X2 Oceanphere Residence in Pattaya, Thailand.

In its 2017 business report, BHMA, or Bespoke Hospitality Management Asia, said it now manages 16 properties up from 12 in 2016.

They include various brands such as X2 Resorts (nine properties), X2 Vibe Hotels (four) and Away Resorts (four).

Revenue for the whole group increased by 17% in 2017, over the 2016 results. Gross operating profit margins rose markedly overall by a 16.5%, and GOPPAR increased in all brand categories.
