SHANGHAI, 7 February 2018: Amara Signature Shanghai soft opened this week, the group’s first hotel to fly the ‘Signature’ brand.
The 30-storey international five-star hotel is located at the busy intersection of Changshou Road and Jiaozhou Road one of the city’s emerging commercial zones.
The hotel comprises 343 spacious rooms and suites between the 7th and 30th floors, ranging in size from 32 to 149 sqm.
Food and beverage outlets include an all-day dining restaurant BLU, serving a buffet with signature dishes from Singapore, Japan and China and a lobby bar plus a Grab ‘n Go boutique serving beverages and light snacks
The hotel also features a 1,100 sqm grand ballroom and 10 multi-purpose function rooms with flexible configurations and outdoor pool and fitness centre.
Scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2018, the Amara Club floors will feature 110 rooms and suites that come with Amara Club lounge access and daily breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails
The hotel is a 30-minute drive from Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport and a 50-minute drive from Shanghai Pudong International Airport.
