BANGKOK, 20 January, 2018 – The Tourism Authority of Thailand says winners of the TAT Newsroom Blogger Thailand 2018 competition this year will be hosted on an all expenses paid trip to Thailand’s eastern seaboard.

The 28 May to 1 June trip will miss the east coast’s iconic Pattaya beach and focus on neighbouring province of Rayong, Chanthaburi and Trat that share borders with Cambodia.

TAT Governor Yuthasak Supasorn, said: “This trip will feature examples of gastronomy, arts and crafts, Thai culture plus nature, and beaches that bloggers can use as motivation.”

Officials from the TAT International Public Relations Division will soon be conducting a survey trip to the provinces to create the itinerary for the winning bloggers.

Travel bloggers can submit their entries for the third TAT Newsroom Blogger Thailand competition from now until 15 February. The voting period is from 1 January to 15 March, 2018, with the winners announced in the last week of March.
