Cebu Pacific rolls out new payment channel

SINGAPORE, 15 December 2017: Philippines’ Cebu Pacific Air expands its payment channels to enable customers to pay for their flight bookings even if they do not have credit cards.

CEB has partnered with PayRemit, a payment gateway owned by the Ventaja International Corp.

Through PayRemit, travellers can now purchase tickets online, whether via the CEB website or the mobile app, even without a credit card.

Customers  take note of the number issued when booking the flight and present it  at any of the authorised PayRemit counters in Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and Canada, to settle in cash.

“PayRemit allows our customers the opportunity to book year-round low fares on Cebu Pacific, and pay for them through a convenient and hassle-free payment portal,” said Cebu Pacific vice president for marketing, Candice Iyog. “Filipino expatriates, in particular, will now have more flexibility to book and buy flights”.

PayRemit is available in 26 countries with 55 remittances agents and  500+ branches. Customers may pay for their Cebu Pacific flights at any of the following PayRemit partner agents: Hatari Exchange in Hong Kong; Brunphil and Redimoney Express in Singapore; Speed Money Transfer in Japan; and the following exchanges in UAE: Al Fuad, Al Ghurair, Al Rostamani, Delma, Emirates India, Progoti, and UAE.
