DANANG, Vietnam, 2 November 2017: Australian triathlon champion, Asha Burnley, will visit Vietnam this month to lead a week-long workshop at Centara Sandy Beach Resort Danang.
Scheduled for 14 to 21 November, attendance is limited, but there is still space to book the inclusive seven-night wellness stay and workshop.
The “Ultimate Wellness Retreat” programme includes a seven-night stay in a premium garden room at the Centara resort, daily meals and workshop sessions.
A triathlon champion as a teenager and now a professional fitness trainer, Burnley designed the workshop to introduce healthy diet and lifestyle that includes activities such as a health evaluation, yoga classes, spa and detox. Participants will take time out to for a day trip to explore the ancient town of Hoi An.
“Wellness is fitness and diet, but so much more,” explains Burnley. “This journey will allow you to connect with others, participate in new experiences, learn more about yourself and support a long-term, healthier way of life”.
Bookings are open until 7 November. The cost is USD2,499 and in addition to accommodation and meals, it includes transportation and airport transfers.
