Opening deals at X2 Vibe Pattaya

BANGKOK, 15 September 2017:  X2 Vibe Pattaya Seaphere, a new seafront hotel on eastern Thailand’s golden coast, has unveiled its opening rates, tempting urban millennials to take a break from city life.

Due to open 1 November, X2 Vibe Pattaya Seaphere stands on Na Jomtien bay, south of main-bay Pattaya .

Guests can enjoy opening rates 1 to 30 November  starting at THB2,600 per night in one-bed rooms offer 35m² of living space, with kitchen facilities, panoramic windows and a private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Thailand.

Opening discounts are never simple. For example has a better offer at THB2016 (no breakfast) on this room category, for the night of 7 November. It claims the rate is discounted from THB11,500.

Add breakfasts for two and the one-bed room rate will set you back THB2,378.

Alternatively, those seeking extra space can book a premier one-bedroom, selling at THB3,600 per night.

Rooms feature a private jacuzzi on the balcony. has a better rate on this category too sporting a bargain THB2,853 (no breakfast) and THB3,169 if breakfasts are an essential start to the day. quotes a rate of THB4,305 in the premier category for the same November check-in.

Is it back to the drawing board on opening deals?  Probably not, rates change on online booking sites almost by the minute, especially if a hotel sales team identifies a discount that has slipped through the net and plugs the hole before the boss notices. As a rule hotels should always ensure their special opening rate is not undercut by an OTA, or  at least offer added value such as welcome cocktails during happy hours, or a dinner.

All rooms come equipped with the latest smart technology, including IPTVs, free Wi-Fi and USB ports, allowing travellers to plug in and instantly connect with their social media friends and followers.

X2 Vibe Pattaya Seaphere is on the way to Cartoon Network Waterpark, floating market, Buddha Mountain and Underwater World. Pattaya’s bars and restaurants are  20-minute drive away weekdays, but more during the weekends due to heavy traffic.

The hotel is a 1.5 hours by car from downtown Bangkok and Suvarnabhumi Airport.
