InVision GLOWS in Vietnam

HANOI, 6 September 2017: Bangkok-based InVision Hospitality announced, Tuesday, it has secured the management contract for Scenic Bay Complex  in Nha Trang, Vietnam

InVision Hospitality CEO, Kevin Beauvais and Nam Tien Lao Cai JSC general director, Cao Thi Thu Hien, participated in a signing ceremony in Vietnam, last week.

The large-scale project requires an investment estimated at VND2.05 trillion USD$93.4 million) and covers 7,666 square metres of land area.

Located on the main beach road, the sea view  project is designed with more than 700 condos for sale and 270 rooms in a GLOW Hotel, a brand under InVision Hospitality.

The project is currently under construction and is slated to open in 2020.

Scenia Bay development marks the fifth project in Vietnam for InVision Hospitality.

Others include GLOW Ma Belle Danang (2019), Mai House Saigon (2018), Mai House Hoi An Beach (2020) and Montgomerie Links Hotel & Villas, Danang (2017).
