Thai Smile adds domestic services

BANGKOK, 29 May 2017: Thai Smile will increase flights from Bangkok to Udon Thani in the northeast and Narathiwat in deep south Thailand this June.

Effective 2 June, the additional flight, WE010, from Bangkok to Udon Thani will operate on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

While the return flight, WE011, will start on 3 June and operate on Monday, Saturday and Sunday.

The airline is a subsidiary of Thai Airways International established to compete with low-cost airlines mainly on domestic routes. It took over all but three domestic routes from its parent airline and serves some secondary destinations in the region using the smaller A320.

Currently, Thai Smile operates four daily flights on the route.

Scheduled on 16 June, the additional flights on Bangkok-Narathiwat will fly on Friday and Sunday. Currently, the carrier operates daily services on the route.

The airline offers a one-way promotional fare on additional flights, inclusive of taxes and fees, ex-Bangkok at THB1,050 to Udon Thani and Narathiwat.

Booking must be made by 1 June to travel starting 2 June on Udon Thani and 16 June on Narathiwat routes up to 28 October this year.
