LENS LINES: Centara Maldives wins awards

MALDIVES, 24 March 2017: Centara Grand Island Resort & Spa Maldives won two prestigious awards, the ‘Leading All Inclusive Resort’ from South Asian Travel Awards 2016 and the ‘Guest Review Award 2016’ from Booking.com, one of the largest global travel websites.

The South Asian Travel Awards is the first-ever regional travel awards endorsed by multi national associations.

Awards were presented to leading hotels and resorts, travel agencies and partners in over 30 categories represented in Sri Lanka, Maldives and India.

Booking.com’s  awards partners who consistently deliver great guest experiences based on over 110 million reviews, 355,535 properties in 205 countries.

To be recognised, properties must have an average review score of 8 or higher based on at least 10 reviews.

From this award, Centara Grand Island Resort & Spa Maldives gained 9 out of 10 score.
