HANOI, 27 January 2017: ASIA DMC will accelerated its growth this year following the appointment of Linh Le as the group managing director.
Earlier the company announced it would expand operations across the region.
Last November, the Hanoi-headquartered company rebranded after 20 years known in the market as HG Travel.
It intends to open offices across Southeast Asia, while keeping its head office in Hanoi.
Le joins ASIA DMC following a six-year tenure with boutique luxury tour operator, Trails of Indochina. His immediate task is to consolidate ASIA DMC’s position in Vietnam, Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia and Laos where it has offices, as well as expand with joint ventures in Sri Lanka, China, India, and the Philippines this year.
“We are delighted to welcome such a motivated and modern leader to our team,” said HG Holdings CEO Tran Thanh Nam. “Linh’s knowledge of luxury travel experiences around the region is second to none.”
Mr Nam will stand down from the post of CEO of ASIA DMC to focus on developing the hospitality arm of HG Holdings, which is the owning company of ASIA DMC.
