AccorHotels in Seoul hotel plex

SEOUL, 15 August 2017: Korea’s first ‘lifestyle hotel-plex’ Seoul Dragon City will open, 1 October, featuring four AccorHotels brands and attractive travel deals to mark the opening.

The complex will have 1,700 rooms across various properties, 11 restaurants and bars, 17 meeting rooms and two multi-function grand ballrooms.

Described as a world first, the project will have four floors of entertainment in a Sky Bridge suspended between two of the towers. Read more

MH makes it 10 on Seoul route

KUALA LUMPUR, 10 August 2017: Malaysia Airlines will increase services from Kuala Lumpur to Seoul, South Korean to 10 flights a week, effective this November.

The service is likely to attract bookings from tour groups as two-way tourism blossoms between the two countries.

The airline opened bookings for three additional weekly services routed Kuala Lumpur – Seoul Incheon starting 25 November. Read more

Singapore and Seoul boost tourism

SINGAPORE, 11 July 2016: Seoul Metropolitan Government and the Singapore Tourism Board signed a Memorandum of Cooperation, Saturday, that will drive tourism traffic between the two popular destinations.

The MOC was signed by Kim Eui Seung, director-general, Tourism & Sports Bureau of Seoul Metropolitan Government and Lynette Pang, assistant chief executive, marketing, Singapore Tourism Board.

This is the first MOC between the two organisations and sets out the general framework of cooperation in three areas. Read more
