SHANGHAI, 5 April 2017: Wyndham Hotel Group’s loyalty programme announced, Tuesday, that it has surpassed 50 million members worldwide.
Wyndham Rewards’ milestone member enrolled, last week, at the newly opened Wyndham Grand Xiame.
Wyndham is currently the largest US-based hotel company in China with more than 1,300 hotels and expects to hit more than 2,000 hotels in country by the end of 2019. Read more

Members will now enjoy a permanent 10% discount (up from 5%) on all publicly available online rates on the company’s website, including packages and promotions.

DOHA, 3 February 2017: Qatar Airways and AccorHotels, have agreed to offer reciprocal benefits to members across both loyalty programmes.
For the first time, Qatar Airways Privilege Club members can convert their Qmiles into Le Club AccorHotels points for redemption on accommodation at more than 3,400 hotels and resorts across the hotel group’s network.
Le Club AccorHotels loyalty programme members can convert their points to Qatar Airways Privilege Club Qmiles for redemption on flights to the more than 150 places the airline flies. Read more
DUBAI, UAE, 3 February 2017: Emirates has extended use of its lounges at Dubai International Airport to its loyalty programme members and their guests at a minimal fee regardless of class of travel.
The pay-per-visit access will be available to Emirates Skywards members and their guests travelling on Emirates.
Business Class travellers also have the option to pay an upgrade fee to access the first class lounges. Read more
SINGAPORE, 31 January 2017: InterContinental Hotels Group has introduced its latest deal for loyal guests with its Double Play Double Points promotion.
Loyalty programme members can double points they earn on bookings made through participating IHG hotels, worldwide.

SINGAPORE, 22 September 2015: Over 100 Accor Hotels resorts across Asia Pacific are participating in the brand new MyResorts programme.
The programme includes a suite of benefits including MyGlass, My Kids, My Connect and My Host with a range of inclusions and rewards – some free, some for a nominal fee.
One of the signature elements is My Glass,that offers guests for a small fee unlimited soft drinks, juice and water all day long and two hours of free-flow house wine and beer (even cocktails in some resorts).
NEW YORK, 27 April 2015: Marriott is warning guests to beware of fraudulent telephone calls being made in different parts of the world that purport to be from the hotel chain’s sales teams offering complimentary rooms.
Identified as a “robo call phone scam” ,it targets members of loyalty programmes, who are asked to provide personal financial details in exchange for a complimentary stay at a hotel.
Marriott in its alert said the scam had targeted guests in Canada and Australia but it is prevalent in other parts of the world and targets all major hotel groups.
