Seminars on spas and AEC 2015

BANGKOK, 21 June 2012: The College of Innovation at Thammasat University is hosting a spa training programme, early next month, to help small to medium size spa enterprises to compete for business in the lead-up to the ASEAN Economic Community 2015.
Themed “Innovation in the Design and Management of Spas”, the four-day training will cover two periods: 7 to 8 July and 14 to 15 July, with training sessions 0900 to 1600 at the Thammasat University Pattaya campus, located close to the Siam Country Club in Chonburi province.
The training sessions will cover eight areas: Introduction to the evolution of the spa industry; spa treatments and menus; spa concepts and design; human resources and development; spa processes; spa customer service management; spa innovation and sales and marketing.
