Reservation and Tour Product Executive- PEAK DMC Thailand (based in Bangkok)
POSITION PURPOSE:
This role provides managerial and administrative assistance and support to the Purchasing and Reservation Manager. The role assists in the management of running all styles of trips in South East Asia and primarily will involve making reservations and quotations.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Extensive travel experience in South East Asia and a passion for travel
- Proven ability to communicate and build rapport with people from a diverse range of backgrounds and cultures
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines
- Efficient in use of Microsoft Office software and general database and web applications
OTHER SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
- Experience in preparing product quotations, reservation, creating travel itineraries
- Managing hotel contracts and data entry
- Good knowledge of tourist destinations within Thailand
- The ability to work in a team environment
