FINANCE MANAGER
JOB PURPOSE:
• Manage the Finance and Administration functions of STC
• Support the company’s Strategic Planning, Costing, Project Management, Financial Planning and Analysis.
• Prepare and maintain financial and management reports, including monthly profit and loss, weekly cash flow forecast by division; complete analysis of financial results (actual vs. budget).
• Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and usefulness of financial and management reports
• Assess and recommend financial and accounting processes and procedures, internal control systems
• Mentor and develop the finance team, manage work allocation, problem resolution, performance evaluation.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accounting or equivalent
- Thai male or female, 30 years old and above
- High level of integrity, driven and results oriented
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good command of both spoken and written English
- Knowledge in Tourist Industry is an added advantage
TICKETING STAFF
JOB PURPOSE:
Provide excellent customer service in handling information request from customers in person or by telephone. Facilitate sales of STC products to customer bases. Achieve agreed monthly revenue targets. Coordinate with airline companies for flight fares and options, including special deals.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Female, between 25-35 years old
- Keen on sales task, results oriented, customer focused, diligent and patient
- Good command of both spoken and written English
- Dynamic and excellent team player
- Computer literate, proficient in ticket reservation programs and airline reservation systems i.e., Amadeus, Galileo
Executive Secretary
JOB SPECIFIACTIONS:
- Female with good personality, between 28-35 years
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Secretarial and Administration work at executive level
- Good command of both spoken and written English
- Compute literate
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with minimum supervision, handle pressure and meet deadlines
OUTBOUND TOUR EXECUTIVE
JOB PURPOSE:
Develop and execute viable tour programs based on customer demands. Generate business and meet agreed monthly revenue targets. Initiate and design customized tour packages, negotiate rates with overseas suppliers, introduce exciting destinations, market travel packages and tours and advertise to the right market segments, and exceed customer expectations.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as Outbound Tour Executive or in related function
- Computer literate with knowledge in MS Office
- Proactive, confident, professional, and excellent team player
- Ability to work under pressure, driven and results oriented
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
HR MANAGER
JOB PURPOSE:-
- Responsible for establishing policies and programs for the management of all human assets of the organization.
- Organize, integrate and direct all human resources activities, which support the overall business strategies.
- Manage labor relations, recruitment, selection and contraction of personnel, wage administration, employee benefit administration, training development, organization development, and employee services.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related fields.
- 5-8 years of working experience in related field, preferably in Human Resources
- Good command of both spoken and written English
- Computer literate
- Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of Human Resource Management and Human Resource Development
- Effective verbal and written communication skills

CARGO MANAGER
JOB PURPOSE:
Generate maximum cargo revenue for SAC Cargo (GSA for Kingfisher Airlines (KF) in Thailand) in the assigned station through effective sales strategies and promotion. The Cargo Manager is also be responsible in meeting or exceeding the set revenue/tonnage target for station and provide customer service in sales & operational areas, liaising with Ground Handling Agents, government organizations and KF Cargo Head Office in consultation with SAC Management.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5-8 years of working experience in Air Cargo Industry and at least 3 years of managerial role
- Good command of both spoken and written English
- Computer literate
- Knowledge of handling of international cargo operation, freight forwarding awareness and sales is essential
