BANGKOK, 16 August 2018: Thai Airways International thanked passengers who participated its annual customers satisfaction survey offering them a chance to win complimentary travel.
Winners were randomly selected from passengers who travelled with the airline in 2017 and completed the survey.
THAI has conducted the customer satisfaction survey on an annual basis since 1997.
Survey results have been used to improve product and services as well as to understand more clearly customer needs.
The airline’s general manager for Hong Kong, Chetseni Dhanarajata, (first from left), presented two roundtrip Hong Kong – Bangkok economy class tickets to Hoi Lee Lily Su, who was the lucky winner of this year’s survey.
