Sail a Princess sky suite

-

SINGAPORE, 1 August, 2018: Princess Cruises has unveiled new details of onboard features for its new ship Sky Princess, due to set sail in in the Mediterranean and Caribbean in 2019.

The ship’s highlight will be its first-ever Sky Suites, located on the top decks of Sky Princess with the largest private balconies ever offered by the line.

Measuring 700 square feet, the balconies will provide a private vantage of the ship’s Movie Under the Stars screen and create the ultimate space for entertaining.

The two suites will also offer a 270-degree panorama and have sleeping capacity for five guests, making them ideal for families.

“Our two new Sky Suites reflect Princess Cruises’ new and expansive accommodation that meets the needs of our guests who wish to explore the world in ultimate comfort,” said Princess Cruises president Jan Swartz.

Debuting in the Mediterranean in October 2019, the 143,700-ton Sky Princess, which will accommodate up to 3,660 passengers, will include the best features already found on its three sister ships – Royal Princess, Regal Princess and Majestic Princess.

Other new offerings will represent an evolution of facilities featured in current ship designs.

New for Sky Princess will be the addition of a Wakeview pool on its aft decks. In addition to the Wakeview pool, Sky Princess guests will enjoy two new deep-tank top deck pools, a restorative Retreat Pool, and more Jacuzzis than previous Royal-Class ships including two Jacuzzis cantilevered over the deep-tank pools.

To gain a hint of cruise prices, the three-day, one-port inaugural cruise on Sky Princess, 4 December, to the Bahamas from Florida will set you back USD399 per person plus USD70 in tax.
