HMS returns to Singapore

-

SINGAPORE 19 July 2018: The Hotel Management Singapore Summit (HMS), organised by Questex Hospitality Group, will return  to Singapore 20 September.

Over 150 international senior hoteliers will gather to discuss issues such as reinventing the hospitality business model to meet dramatic shifts in consumer behaviour.

Themed, “Innovation Enabled Evolutions for Next Generation Guest Experiences and Service Flow,” HMS 2018 will provide a platform for the industry’s leading senior hoteliers to further discuss insights, trends and best practices to ensure continuous successes.

In its preamble to the event, Questex Hospitality said a slower hotel development pace in Singapore would provide a much-needed buffer for the industry.

“It will allow hoteliers to redirect their efforts into reinventing their business models. This will shape the industry for a new era of hotel operations with automations and innovations.”

HMS Summit 2018 will continue to highlight cross-industry consumer trends and hospitality- focused technological solutions as witnessed by its past attendees:

“It’s a good platform for networking and to know the technology that other hotels have adopted,” said Sylvia Chua, Procurement Director – Resorts World Sentosa.

“Excellent topic and it is very on the trend now. Keeping up with what is in the trend would definitely be interesting,” said Sandra Widjaja, VP- Finance – YTL Hotels.

HMS Summit 2018 is part of the Hotel Management Asia summit Series, Asia’s only truly regional hotel management conference series. The series rotates through Bangkok, Hong Kong, Singapore and Indonesia this year by leveraging regional experiences and insights to address market-specific challenges.
