HANOI, 14 June 2018: Vietjet has opened web sales for its up-coming service from Hanoi to Osaka due to launch 8 November.
Ticket sales opened 8 June. The airline’s website quotes a roundtrip fare in November at USD 255, after fees and taxes.
Using A320 aircraft, the daily Hanoi-Osaka service will have a flight time of around four hours per sector.
The daily flight will depart from Hanoi at 0145 and arrive in Osaka at around 0750. The return flight will depart Osaka at 0920 and arrive in Hanoi at 1310.
Commenting on the new service Vietjet’s vice president Nguyen Thi Thuy Binh said: “The Hanoi-Osaka route is our first serving Japan. As part of our expansion strategy in Japan, we will continue to open new routes connecting Vietnam and Japan.”
Osaka is the capital city of Osaka Prefecture and Japan’s third largest city with a population of over 2.7 million.
