SINGAPORE, 14 June 2018: AccorHotels will manage a brand new property in Singapore owned by EL Development Pte Ltd due to open in 2022.
The new-build five-star Pullman will be located on a prime site on Hill St, in the civic and cultural heart of the city.
With 342 rooms it will be Singapore’s first Pullman and will feature a rooftop bar and executive lounge with views over Fort Canning, the Singapore River and St Andrew’s Cathedral.
The hotel is set to open in 2022 after a complete redevelopment of the site.
First introduced in Bangkok in 2007, the Pullman brand is one of the fastest-growing upscale brands in the AccorHotels group.
There are currently over 120 Pullman hotels in 33 countries worldwide and Asia-Pacific accounts for more than 70 hotels and resorts and more than 21,000 rooms.
