STOCKHOLM, 20 June 2018: China Eastern Airlines launched its first direct flight between Shanghai and Stockholm’s Arlanda Airport, 16 June.
Airline officials said there was high demand for direct flights between the two countries from both business and leisure travellers.
The China Eastern flight operates four times weekly from the airport’s home base in Shanghai.
China’s second largest airline will use a 262 seat Airbus 330 on the Shanghai-Stockholm route.
