Accor adds third hotel on Phu Quoc

-

SINGAPORE, 11 June 2018: Premier Village Phu Quoc, a resort owned by Vietnam’s Sun Group, is being managed by AccorHotels, but not under any of its brands.

AccorHotels’ publicity for the resort got underway last week noting the management deal now gives the French group three hotels on the Gulf of Thailand island in southern Vietnam.

Sun Group opened the hotel to guests 1 April, this year, and at the time Vietnam’s largest real estate developer said it would build more Premier resorts in other destinations in addition to two Premier properties in Danang.

Rates start at around USD 320 a night for a two-bedroom villa according to popular OTAs. The one-bedroom beach-side villa category is tagged “sold out” on independent booking sites, suggesting the category has yet to open or sales are restricted.

Located on a site on the forested Ong Doi Cape, Premier Village Phu Quoc sells high-end holidays on Vietnam’s  largest island, mainly targeting families.

The beach-side resort offers 217 villas with private infinity swimming pools.

The resort is the third property on the island to be managed by AccorHotels.

Sun Group’s Premier Village Danang is also managed by AccorHotels and Premier Han River but under the Novotel brand.
