The group says the introductory offer pegs the rate at VND3,208,000 (USD 149.99) per night, plus 5% service and 10% tax.
There are offers on short and long-term stays at the Grand Tower.
A check of popular booking sites including Agoda and the review site TripAdvisor does not specifically identify rates for a “Grand Tower” category.
Agoda offers a deal of USD 98.76 before tax and service for the room category Orchid One-Bedroom and after all fees and tax the bottom line price is USD 114.05.
It claims customers are getting a massive discount from the list price of USD 360.31.
Sedona Suites has an impressive 610 reviews on TripAdvisor and a rating of 8.3.
Located in the heart of HCMC’s CBD in District 1 along Le Loi Boulevard, the property is centrally located to conveniently tour the city cultural and tourist attractions including the food stall streets.
The Grand Tower offers are applicable for various suites ranging from studio, one two and three-bedroom units for both short and long-term stays.
