BANGKOK, 23 April 2018: Ctrip.com International, China’s leading travel-related service provider signed a memorandum of understanding, Friday, that will give its online services access to AccorHotels’ global inventory.
The MoU opens the door for Ctrip’s to display AccorHotels’ global inventory of 4,300 hotels in 100 countries, across all of its brands to Ctrip’s online customers.
Accor gains access to Ctrip’s vast outbound travel market.
China’s largest online travel agency will highlight AccorHotels accredited hotels higher up its web pages.
It will also build a flagship store for AccorHotels and expand loyalty programme links to that will offer additional benefits to Ctrip customers.
“With an ever-growing number of outbound Chinese travellers, we are always looking for ways to provide better services for our customers and with the deepened AccorHotels relationship, we are able to offer magnified experiences and property choices,” said Ctrip CEO Jane Sun. “Ctrip customers will have access the a vast majority of (Accor) hotels globally.”
Sun said Ctrip will continue to pursue ways to provide members with dedicated experiences and better services to become a one-stop travel shop, while inviting more global partners to be featured on Ctrip platforms.
