Trafalgar extends definite departures

-

SINGAPORE 6 March 2018 Trafalgar is going global by increasing its definite departure policy for tours to Europe, Africa, Asia and the Americas.

The company attributes its successful migration to a definite departures policy to the strong support gained from its travel agent partners in Southeast Asia.

Definite departures (DDs) are now dominant for tour itineraries to 17 countries on five continents.

The latest European destinations that feature tours with guaranteed departures are: Spain; Scandinavia; Scotland; Portugal and Germany.

In Asia, the guarantee applies to tours to China and India. In Africa the policy applies to tours to Morocco and in North and South America to Canada; Alaska; National Parks programmes, southern USA, Peru and Costa Rica.

Popular tours gaining the attention of travel agents include Las Casas de la Juderia in Seville on Best of Spain itineraries, a family farm on the edge of Loch Lomond in the Scotland’s Highlands, or the sounds of a (Johnny) Cash family member with a private gig in Nashville on Tastes and Sounds of the South.

Trafalgar Asia president Nicholas Lim comments: “We thank our partners for the stellar role they’ve played in the exceptionally positive results we are seeing that have resulted in so many Definite Departures.”
