BANGKOK, 4 October 2017:  Dream Hotel Group signed a management contract for its first hotel in the Philippines, last week.

The 220-key Dream Hotel is located on one of Carabao Island’s beaches, just three miles north of Boracay and eight miles from the international airport. It is being developed by SkyCity Inc.

Recently rated third best island destination in the world by Condé Nast Traveller magazine, Borocay welcomes 3 million visitors annually mainly from Europe and North Asia.

Dream Carabao Island will anchor an integrated gaming and adventure resort destination. It will feature 220 rooms and suites, including 100 ocean view villas, multiple dining and nightlife venues, an 18,000-square-foot wellness spa and fitness centre and access to extreme water sports and some of the best dive spots in Asia.

“SkyCity is an innovator in the Philippine leisure market, and we look forward to expanding our presence with them across the archipelago,” said Dream Hotel Group managing director, Asia Pacific, Kevin Wallace.

When open, Dream Carabao Island will mark the seventh hotel in Asia to join the group’s Asian network.

Dream Hotel Group plans to open more than 30 hotels and resorts worldwide across all its brands – Dream, Time, The Chatwal and Unscripted – over the next four years.
