The partnership with Alibaba Group means THAI can sell passenger tickets online through the Fliggy platform.
THAI also plans to open Online Flagship Stores on other platforms that are popular in China, to reach Chinese consumers who prefer to buy products directly and pay online.
THAI was awarded the People’s Choice Awards – Top Choice – Airline Category, by 3.7 million Chinese tourists who visited Thailand and voted online.
