Tips on TripAdvisor reviews

BANGKOK, 30 August 2017: Thai hotels need to leverage user generated content to power their business and drive more bookings, TripAdvisor regional director of hotel solutions, Asia Pacific, Amolakh Calais, told Skal International Bangkok members attending the club’s August lunch event.

The Tripadvisor executive presented an important message for all digital marketeers, covering travel and tourism related businesses touching on the impact of user generated content and online reviews, as well as the importance of online reputation management.

The networking lunch took place at the Compass Skyview Hotel in Bangkok with general manager and Skalleague, Jacqui Cuthbertson providing the venue.

The club’s regular monthly sponsors Paulaner and Tzar Caviar once again supported the flow of beverages along with CoffeeWORKS.
