Concorde picks up award

SINGAPORE, 4 July 2017: Concorde Hotel Singapore has won a 2017 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence.

Now in its seventh year, this award celebrates hospitality businesses that have earned great traveller reviews on TripAdvisor over the past year.

Certificate of Excellence recipients include hotels and resorts, restaurants and attractions located worldwide that have continually delivered quality customer experiences.

“I am extremely honoured to receive this prestigious award again this year,” said Concorde Hotel Singapore general manager, Karl Muir.

“We consistently strive to create memorable and exceptional guest experiences for our guests and this award not only recognises our hard work; it also motivates us to continue delivering the highest standard of service to all our valued customers again and again.”

The Certificate of Excellence accounts for the quality, quantity based on reviews submitted by travellers on the TripAdvisor site over a 12-month period.

To qualify, a business must maintain an overall TripAdvisor bubble rating of at least four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months.
