BANGKOK, 27 February 2013: AirAsia will increase frequency between Bangkok and Hong Kong to three daily flights starting 30 April and couples it to special fare offers.
The new flight, FD 2504, will depart from Don Mueang Airport at 1540 and arrive in Hong Kong at 1925, while flight FD 2505 will depart Hong Kong at 1955 and arrive in Bangkok at 2145.
Thai AirAsia CEO, Tassapon Bijleveld, said that the airline has been keen on bolstering flights on its most popular routes. All of its flights operate out of Don Mueang Airport.
“Starting 30 April, AirAsia will increase its flights to Hong Kong to three daily in direct response to customer demand after Hong Kong was shown to be a top hit destination in every season with passengers packing flights throughout the year.”
The additional flights will offer convenience and allow even more to enjoy the service, he added.
At the same time, AirAsia will push its “Trend Update Hong Kong” promotion, offering discounted flights starting at Bt1,790 per trip (promotion applies only to additional flights, includes fees and airport tax, excludes processing fees).
Bookings for the promotion can be made up to 3 March 2013 for travel between 30 April 2013 and 9 February 2014. View the flight schedule and find more information on the promotion at www.airasia.com.
AirAsiaGo, the one-stop travel website, takes the promotion further by offering round trip tickets to Hong Kong with three-day-two-night accommodations at the special starting price of Bt5,155 per person (price includes airport tax and is based on twin sharing rooms).
