Train travel gets cheaper

HUE, Vietnam, 26 July 2012: In response to National Tourism Year that highlights Hue and the north central region, the online booking service, Vietnam-Trains.com is offering discounts from major gateways.
From Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh fares are discounted 10%, to around US$30 to US$50 for Hanoi – Hue train, and US$43 to US$70 for HCMC – Hue train.
From Nha Trang and Danang to Hue there is a 8% discount in place, which brings prices down to around US$11 to US$13 for Danang – Hue routes, and US$31 to US$46 for Nha Trang – Hue route.
“Hue is one of the most charming and majestic cities in the central of Vietnam… particularly for its cultural and historical tourism… this is a part of our strategy to attract more customers for Vietnam Railways,” said Vietnam Trains coordinator, James Harold.
Vietnam-Trains, head-quartered in Hanoi, is a supplier of train tickets for domestic trains for mostly international travellers. (PRweb)
