How to improve revenue management

BANGKOK, 27 June 2012: The Dusit Thani College partners with the Hong Kong Polytechnic to offer a training programme for revenue management, 30 to 31 August , at the Dusit Thani  Hotel.

The two-day programme taps the expertise of the two colleges and aims to deliver new revenue management techniques to the local hotel business.

Training covers forecasting and controlling availability, strategic pricing and management of distribution channels and cultural integration of revenue management to the organisation.

Sessions run from 0900 to 1600 and will be conducted in English. The fee is US$500 per person (around Bt16,000), inclusive of lunch buffet, coffee breaks, supplementary documents, certificate and a 7% VAT.

The course will be led by the Hong Kong Polytechnic University School of Hotel & Tourism Management lecturer, Basak Denizci Guillet.

Dusit Thani College and the Hong Kong Polytechnic will launch two more training seminars in September and October under the topic of quality leadership in the hotel industry and food and beverage marketing. Both will be conducted in English.
