Rail pass discounts

Celebrating its 15th year, Rail Europe, is offering up to 60% discounts when travellers purchase a European rail pass, or train ticket before 31 March.

The offer is applicable on TGV, Eurostar, Thalys, TGV Lyria and also SJ, the Swedish train system. Some rail passes also include a 25% discount on the France Rail Pass and a free upgrade on the Swiss Pass.

Once purchased the pass can be used during the summer months.

Train travel is gaining popularity with Asian travellers as it offers city centre to city centre transfers that are often more convenient and faster than airline services, when airport transfers are taken into account.
