Etihad Airways sells its European destinations under its “GOTTOGO” campaign at Bt19,500 for travel on its morning flight and Bt24,000 for other flights, exclusive of taxes and surcharges.
The promotion is available for sales until the end of this month, while the outbound sector is allowed until 10 June with a blackout date from 7 to 17 April.
The Bt19,500 economy-class fare is valid for travel to London, Manchester, Munich, and Frankfurt. Etihad’s morning flight, EY 407 departs from Bangkok at 0820.
GOTTOGO’s Bt24,000 fare applies to all passengers flying to European destinations including London, Frankfurt, Munich, Manchester, Paris, Istanbul, Milan and Casablanca on any Etihad flight from Bangkok. The airline operates double daily flight between Bangkok and Abu Dhabi.
GOTTOGO is available through the airline’s ticketing office at 02 253 0099 or email: BKKTKT@etihad.ae or http://www.etihadairways.comor travel agents.
In addition, Etihad has an online deal called Discover the Best!, selling six-month fares to Europe, until 31 December. Fares are Bt31,500 to Brussels, Dublin, Frankfurt, Geneva, London, Manchester, Milan, Munich and Paris.

Don’t get too excited about these fares, because with all the added tax etc. they are no better than Gulf, Qatar and Emirates. Gulf is actually the best value because you get 30kg luggage allowance in steerage, and the airport in Bahrain is a lot nicer, because it is small, friendly and easy to navigate. Etihad has so much catching up to do with its rival Emirates, and since it never has to make a profit it can say what it likes.
PLEASE stop quoting fares given to you “excluding” taxes. These airlines that continue to do so should not be granted the oxygen of publicity. Add ten grand for taxes and these fares suddenly appear nothing special at all.
