Air China will add flights from Beijing to Madrid from 28 March and to Vancouver from June.
Currently, it operates a twice weekly service on Thursday and Sunday, but it plans to add flights to Madrid on Tuesday and Saturday from 28 March and one more on Wednesday to be included from 18 August.
Later in June, CA will increase its Beijing-Vancouver service from daily to 10 flights a week. The extra frequencies will operate on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.
In the coming winter schedule, Air China will reduce frequency on its Bangkok-Beijing route from twice daily to daily, cutting the evening flight that departs at 1915. The daily service departs Bangkok at 0100 and from Beijing at 1935.
Neither the Madrid or the Vancouver services are convenient for passengers from Bangkok, due to long transfer times between flights.
