Caravelle Hotel, an independent hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, has introduced Caravelle Heritage Club (CHC), a frequent patronage programme.
Situated on Lam Son Square, in downtown Ho Chi Minh City, the 335-room property encourages guests to rack up CHC points that can be redeemed for accommodation bookings in the future.
They also earn a 10% discount on food and beverage purchases and a buffet dinner voucher for redemption during the month of the member’s birthday.
The patronage programme is also linked to other hotles in Vietnam, such as The Nam Hai and the Princess d’Annam Resort and Spa.
For every VND20,000 (US$1.10) spent on rooms, members receive one CHC point. A single room night at the Caravelle, or any of its nine partner hotels within Vietnam, can be redeemed for 3,500 CHC points. Based on the rack rate, this formula gives guests a free room for every 12.5 nights in a standard Caravelle room.
